The 'BYCAS' has been thoroughly tested on both Road and Track- in fact a 'BYCAS' kit is fitted to Simon Perry's distinctive pink drift R33 Skyline. Simon finished 3rd overall in the 2009 British Drift Championship Pro Series, giving you the reassurance the same 'BYCAS' available to you is fully capable of delivering great results in a Pro Race Series.
The Conceptua 'BYCAS' completely removes the Nissan HICAS- the heavy original rack (over 5 kg!) is replaced with a lightweight yet strong steel box section with reinforced track control mountings. Instead of the expensive Nissan track control arms, the 'BYCAS' uses CK45 hard chrome plated steel track control arms with centrally located spanner flats to enable easy and accurate toe adjustment. Maintenance-free high quality UK sourced PTFE lined spherical rod ends provide accurate toe control. Finally instead of the troublesome and wear-prone outer HICAS ball joints, the 'BYCAS' has unique bolt in solid outer bobbins made from an aluminium steel composite to ensure ease of installation, yet giving low weight and high strength.
